common platform - need of the hour

I am ver happy to see that a common platform exclusively for class 3 postal workers is formed. The writings and comments in this blog is a general feeling of majority class 3 employees of india post. This is the prime time to organise class 3 employees without looking the colour of flag/trade union etc. As ACP programme is implemented in all other departments, india post is lagging behind due to reasons not known. With Rs.4200/- grade pay, there is promotion to Group B (Non Gazetted) in other departments, Why India post is not following this policy ? A promotion both in Nomenclature and pay is to be implemented to class 3 employees after 10/20/30 years etc in addition to implementation of ACP. Let us unite together in this platform and work as a group to realize our dreams.
